| Background | EDG7, a Lysophospholipid/Lysosphingolipid Receptor, was identified by RT-PCR from Jurkat T-cells. It is activated by unsaturated lysophosphatidic acid LPA.
EDG7 has been reported in human prostate, as well as rodent brain, kidney, lung, placenta, prostate, and testis. ESTs have been isolated from a normal prostate library, as well as cancer libraries of the head/neck, ovary, and thyroid. |

Antigen retrieval: Steam slides in 0.01 M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0, at 99-100°C for 20 min. Remove from heat and let stand at room temperature in buffer for 20 min. Rinse in 1x TBS with Tween (TBST) for 1 min. at room temperature. |
