| Applications | This antibody has been successfully used in Western blot, immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry and immunoprecipitation procedures.
By Western blot, this antibody detects an ~110 kDa protein representing androgen receptor in rat tissues. Immunohistochemical staining of androgen receptor in primate hypothalamus with SM5020P results in intense nuclear staining. Recommended dilutions: Immunocytochemistry 5 µg/ml. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin, Frozen) 4 µg/ml . Western Blot 1 µg/ml. |
