| Specificity | This antibody reacts with a subset of B lymphocytes in lymph nodes and is restricted to mantle zone B cells of the follicles. Approximately 30% of lymph node lymphocytes are labelled, and 50% of immunoglobulin positive cells. ELISA results suggest that this antibody detects immunoglobulin G with a higher affinity for IgG1. Species: Guinea Pig. |
