Immunogen	Mouse IgG2a γ2a chain.
Format	*State:* Liquid (sterile filtered) purified IgG fraction. *Purification:* Immunoaffinity chromatography. *BufferSystem:* 0.2 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, containing 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) as stabilzer, 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative.
Applications	This antibody is suitable for ELISA (1/2,000-1/10,000), Western blot (1/500-1/2,000), Immunohistochemistry (1/500-1/2,000), Immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assay using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
Specificity	This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum. Specificty was confirmed by ELISA. Typically less than 1% cross reactivity was observed against other Mouse heavy chain isotypes.
Storage	Store the antibody (undiluted) at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
