| Applications | Suitable for Immunomicroscopy, Flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. |
| Specificity | This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG2a coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) against a panel of imobilized mouse and human serum proteins resulting in a conjugated antibody designed for Flow cytometry.
Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other mouse or human heavy or light chain isotypes. |
| Storage | Store vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: One year from despatch. |
