State: Lyophilised purified Ig fraction.
Purification: Immunoaffinity chromatography.
BufferSystem: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2,
containing 10 mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free) and 0.01% (w/v) Thimerosal.
Label: Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP).
Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent).
ApplicationsSuitable for Immunoblotting (1/500-1/3,000 for Western blot), ELISA (1/190,000), Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry (1/250-1/1,500) as well as other Peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
SpecificityThis product was prepared from polyspecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads.
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-Goat Serum.
This reagent is suitable for the detection of all mouse immunoglobulin isotypes and chain combinations.
Species: Mouse.
StorageStore vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute only prior to immediate use.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Shelf life: One year from despatch.
CautionDo Not Use Sodium Azide as preservative.
