| Applications | Suitable for Immunomicroscopy and Flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
Minimum ELISA Endpoint Dilution: 1:10,000. Actual: 1:40,000. Disposition: PASS. Maximum Cross Reactivity: IgM, IgG < / = 5%. Actual: 3.1% IgM, 1.5% IgG. Disposition: PASS. |
| Specificity | This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Monkey IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Monkey IgA and Monkey Serum. No reaction was observed against Monkey IgM or Monkey IgG. |
| Storage | Store vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
