Applications	Suitable for Immunoprecipitation, Immunodiffusion, conjugation and most immunological methods requiring lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Minimum ELISA Endpoint Dilution: 1:10,000. Actual: 1:80,000. Disposition: PASS. Maximum Cross Reactivity: IgM, IgA < / = 5%. Actual: 4.3% IgM, 1.7% IgA. Disposition: PASS.
Specificity	This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Monkey IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Monkey IgG and Monkey Serum. No reaction was observed against Monkey IgM or Monkey IgA. Immunogen was purified from Rhesus Monkey serum.
Storage	Store the antibody (undiluted) at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: One year from despatch.
