| Polyclonal Antibody to Goat IgG (H&L): FITC Adsorbed to Human Serum Proteins | |
| Concentration | 1.0 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280 nm) |
| Immunogen | Goat IgG whole molecule |
| Format | BufferSystem: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, containing 10 mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative Label: Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) (Molecular Weight 390 daltons) Absorptionemission: 495 nm / 528 nm Molarratio: 2.8 moles FITC per mole of Rabbit IgG |
| Applications | Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
Flow Cytometry: 1:2,000 - 1:10,000. IF Microscopy: 1:500 - 1:2,500. |
| Specificity | Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Rabbit Serum, Goat IgG and Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against Human Serum Proteins. |
| Storage | Store the antibody at 4-8°C, reconstitute and store at 4-8°C for one month or at -20°C for longer. For extended storage reconstitute product with 50% glycerol instead of water and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below.
