| Applications | Immunofluorescence.
Immunoprecipitation (Native only): use Protein G; 2 µg/mg protein lysate. Sedimentation in Sucrose Gradient (1). Western Blotting: 1-2 µg/ml for 2 hrs at RT. Immunohistology (Formalin/paraffin): recommended for murine tissues only, 2-4 µg/ml for 30 min at RT; staining of formalin-fixed tissues REQUIRES boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive Control: T47D cells or breast carcinoma. |
