| Background | Ataxia telangiectasia (AT) (ATM - for AT mutated) is a rare genetic multisystem recessive disorder. Recombinant ATM protein phosphorylates p53 on serine 15 near the N terminus,
thereby contributing to the activation and stabilization of p53 during the IR-induced DNA damage response. Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) may overactivate NF-kappa B in AT, and this increases the radiosensitivity of AT cells. |

10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Recommended positive control: Breast Carcinomas. Not suitable for Western Blotting. |
